- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. green apples, diced
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients together and mix. Add apples and nuts. Mix well. Combine all other ingredients and add to dry mixture. Mix well. Grease and flour 9 x 12 cake pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
