  • 1 c. Wesson Oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Directions

    Mix first eight ingredients together. Add apples and nuts last. Bake 55 minutes to one hour at 350°. Cool 10 minutes before taking out of pan.
