- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 (28 ounce) canpeeled tomatoes
- 1 lb thin spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup roughly cut cheddar cheese
- 12 lb mushroom, sliced
- 14 cup black olives
Directions

1Saute onions and peppers in oil and butter until limp.

2Add tomatoes and simmer 30 minutes.

3Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

4Toss with oil and set aside.

5Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

6Make a cream sauce by melting butter and stirring in flour until smooth and bubbly.

7Gradually stir in milk and cream stirring until thickened.

8Add cheese, stirring until cheese melts.

9Set aside.

10Toss spaghetti, mushrooms, olives and tomato sauce together and place in baking dish.

11Cover with cream sauce and bake 45 minutes.
