  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups grated apples
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Beat eggs slightly. Add them to oil and sugar. Add grated apples, then unsifted flour, salt and soda. Last stir in nuts. Bake in angel cake pan at 350 degrees for about one hour. May have to turn heat down to 325 degrees.
