1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. finely chopped apples
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Directions

Combine sugar, flour, salt, soda, baking powder,

cinnamon and Wesson oil.

Beat 2 minutes.

Add eggs and vanilla and beat 2 more minutes.

Fold in apples and nuts.

Bake in a tube cake pan for 45 to 50 minutes in a 350° oven.
