  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 3 c. chopped apples

Directions

    Combine oil, sugar and eggs.

    Mix well.

    Measure and sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon and add to first mixture. Then add vanilla, nuts and apples.

    Mix together well.

    Pour in a tube pan and bake at 300° for 55 minutes.
