Fresh Apple Cake

   Combine eggs, sugar and oil in a large mixing bowl.

   Beat well.

   Combine flour, soda and cinnamon.

   Do not sift.

   Add to sugar mixture.

   Beat well, adding orange juice.

   Stir in pecans, coconut and apples.

   Bake in greased tube pan at 350° approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.

   Let stand in pan 15 minutes. Glaze while hot.

    Punch holes in cake before glazing.
