  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. pecans, chopped
  • 3 c. apples, chopped

    Cream first 3 ingredients.

    Sift together next 5 ingredients. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture.

    (This will be quite stiff so mix by hand.).

    Add chopped ingredients.

    Pour into greased tube pan.

    Bake for 1 1/2 hours in 325° oven.
