  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

    Mix apples and Wesson oil, then mix other ingredients in. Bake at 350° in tube pan for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
