- 3 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/3 cups Granulated Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 stick Very Cold Butter
- 1 cup Very Cold Buttermilk

1Preheat oven to 400.

2Using a food processor, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together. Add the butter and pulse until the mixture resembles a coarse meal. Slowly add the buttermilk until a wet dough forms.

3Remove the dough from the food processor and knead 10-15 times. Roll out the dough and cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter (or, if you're classy like me, the rim of a stemless white wine glass).

4Arrange on lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.

5Yield 12-15 biscuits.
