  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. frozen apple juice, thawed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 medium apples, cored, pared and thinly sliced

    Bake pastry shell for 15 minutes.

    Beat sour cream, sweetened condensed milk, apple juice, egg, vanilla and cinnamon.
