- 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3/4 c. grated apple
- 2 Tbsp. seedless raisins, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. walnuts, chopped
Directions

1In blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese, honey, lemon juice and cinnamon until smooth.

2Spoon into medium bowl; stir in apple, raisins and walnuts.

3Cover; chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors.

4Serve as a dip with crackers.
