- 1 small pkg. dried apricots
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Cook apricots and sugar in a heavy pan over medium heat with enough water to cover until apricots are tender.

2Stir often last 15 minutes of cooking until they are consistency of jam.

3More or less sugar may be added.

4More water may also be needed to keep fruit from sticking until done.

5Store in refrigerator.
