  • 1 to 2 tablespoons or (to taste) Sugar
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 1/2 Avocado

  • 3 to 4 tablespoons or (to taste) Sugar

Directions

    Avocados are ready to eat when the fruit is tender.

    If the fruit is still firm, wait for it to ripen.

    Put the avocado, sugar and milk into a blender and blend.

    You can add some ice cubes to the blender if you like.

    Serve over ice or on its own!
