- 1 to 2 tablespoons or (to taste) Sugar
- 300 ml Milk
- 1/2 Avocado
- 300 ml Milk
- 3 to 4 tablespoons or (to taste) Sugar
Directions

1Avocados are ready to eat when the fruit is tender.

2If the fruit is still firm, wait for it to ripen.

3Put the avocado, sugar and milk into a blender and blend.

4You can add some ice cubes to the blender if you like.

5Serve over ice or on its own!
