- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 c. fresh, ripe juicy berries
- pastry for 2-crust 9-inch pie
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon.

2Pour mixture over berries and mix lightly.

3Pour berries into pie pan lined with 1/2 of the pastry.

4Dot with butter.

5Roll remaining pastry in circle to fit pan.

6Place over berries and flute edges to enclose.

7Cover pastry edges with 1 1/2-inch wide strip of aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning.

8Bake at 425° for 35 to 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown and juice begins to bubble through crust. Serve warm but not hot.

9Serves 6 to 8.
