- 1 baked (9-inch) pie shell
- 5 c. blueberries
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- whipped cream
Directions

1Crush 1 1/2 cups of blueberries.

2Add sugar, salt, water and cornstarch in saucepan.

3Cook over medium heat until bubbly and thick.

4Add lemon juice and cool.

5Add remaining fresh berries and stir to coat.

6Fill pie shell.

7Top with whipped cream.

8Serve chilled.
