  • 2 lb. fresh broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 small red onions, sliced thin in rings
  • 1 1/2 c. prepared Italian salad dressing
  • 1/3 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (2 1/4 oz.) sliced ripe olives, drained

Directions
