- 1 pkg. butter cake mix
- 1 c. Wesson oil
- 2 c. sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. water
- 3 pkg. frozen coconut
- 1 box powdered sugar
Directions

1Mix together cake mix, oil, 1 cup sour cream, eggs and water. Pour into 3 cake pans and bake at 325° to 350° until done. Prepare frosting; mix together 1 cup sour cream, coconut and powdered sugar.

2Spread between layers and on top of cake.

3Store covered in refrigerator.
