  • 1 pkg. butter cake mix
  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 pkg. frozen coconut
  • 1 box powdered sugar

Directions

    Mix together cake mix, oil, 1 cup sour cream, eggs and water. Pour into 3 cake pans and bake at 325° to 350° until done. Prepare frosting; mix together 1 cup sour cream, coconut and powdered sugar.

    Spread between layers and on top of cake.

    Store covered in refrigerator.
