- 2 pkg. frozen coconut
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- yellow or chocolate cake mix
Directions

1Mix together coconut, sugar and sour cream and put in refrigerator until cake is cooled.

2Bake cake mix; make 2 layers and cool.

3Split layers and spread coconut mixture between each layer.

4Ice cake top and sides with Cool Whip or 7 minute icing. Sprinkle with coconut.

5Keep refrigerated.
