- 2 c. fresh coconut, ground up from 4 big fresh coconuts
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. pecans, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. milk
