- 4 large Ears of Sweet Corn
- 1 large Onion
- 1 Celery Rib (chopped)
- 1 1/3 c. Potatoes (diced)
- 1 Tbsp. Margarine or Butter
- 1 c. Water
- 2 tsp. Chicken Bouillon Granules
- 6 Tbsp. Flour
- 3 c. 2% Milk
Directions

1Cut corn off the cob.

2Set aside.

3In saucepan, saute onions and celery in butter.

4Add potatoes, water, chicken bouillon and corn.

5Bring to a boil.

6Reduce heat.

7Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

8Combine flour and milk until smooth.

9Gradually stir into soup.
-
10Bring to boil, cook and stir until thicken.

11Salt /Pepper to taste.
