  • 4 large Ears of Sweet Corn
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 Celery Rib (chopped)
  • 1 1/3 c. Potatoes (diced)
  • 1 Tbsp. Margarine or Butter
  • 1 c. Water
  • 2 tsp. Chicken Bouillon Granules
  • 6 Tbsp. Flour
  • 3 c. 2% Milk

Directions

    Cut corn off the cob.

    Set aside.

    In saucepan, saute onions and celery in butter.

    Add potatoes, water, chicken bouillon and corn.

    Bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat.

    Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

    Combine flour and milk until smooth.

    Gradually stir into soup.

    Bring to boil, cook and stir until thicken.

    Salt /Pepper to taste.
