- 6 ears fresh corn
- 6 Tbsp. water
- 3 Tbsp. oleo
- salt to taste
Directions

1Remove shucks and silks from corn and wash.

2Using a very sharp thin-bladed knife, cut off very tops of kernels and scrape out cream from inside kernels. Combine all of corn and water. Cook in a very heavy skillet on low heat, stirring often, until corn is thick and a golden yellow color.

3Add oleo and salt to taste.
