- 1/2 cup unprocessed natural bran
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup wholemeal plain flour
- 1/2 cup raw sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup sultana
- 2/3 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
Directions

1In a bowl combine bran, coconut, flour, sugar, oats, sesame seeds,pecans and sultanas.

2Melt butter and honey, add to dry mixture.

3Stir in lightly beaten eggs.

4Thoroughly combine all ingredients.

5Firmly press mixture into a lightly greased 28 cm x 18 cm slice tin.

6Bake 25 minutes in moderate oven or till golden brown.

7Cool before slicing.
