- 6 ears white or yellow corn, cut from cobs
- 1 Tbsp. bacon drippings
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. flour
- 2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Heat frying pan with bacon drippings over medium heat; add cut corn and water.

2Cover and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

3Then add margarine; stir in flour and then sugar. Cover and simmer until ready to serve.
