  • angel food cake (pink)
  • 1 large vanilla pudding (6 oz.)
  • 1 can Mandarin oranges
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 1 1/2 c. green seedless grapes
  • 1 1/2 c. red seedless grapes
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 2 c. fresh strawberries
  • 2 bananas

Directions

    Pinch angel food cake into little pieces and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Take juice from Mandarin oranges and pineapple and add enough orange juice to make 3 cups; add pudding.

    Cook, then cool.

    Pour over cake, then place Mandarin oranges, pineapple, grapes, strawberries, bananas and kiwi and pour over pudding.
