- 1 Tbsp. poppy seed or celery seed
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. smooth applesauce
- 1/4 c. honey
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1/2 c. oil
Directions

1Put all ingredients, except poppy seed, in blender; mix well. Stir in poppy seed.

2Chill; stir before using.

3Makes 2 cups. This is so easy, and with so much less oil than most dressings of this type.
