  • 18 oz. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 10 oz. pkg. vanilla milk chips
  • 1/4 c. whipping cream
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • sliced fresh fruit (or very well-drained canned fruit)
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 3/8 c. water
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Slice cookie dough into 1/8-inch slices and press over bottom and sides of 12-inch pizza pan.
