  • 4-5 sliced bananas
  • 1 (15 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained
  • 2 c. green seedless grapes-halved
  • 2 apples, pared and diced
  • 1 orange, peeled and diced
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. water
  • grated rind and juice from 1 orange

    Mix all fruit together in bowl. In saucepan combine cornstarch, sugar, water, rind and juice. Bring to a boil. Cook until thick. Pour over fruit while hot. Keeps in refrigerator for several days. Serves 10-12.
