  • 7 c. zucchini or yellow squash, sliced finely or a combination of both
  • 1 c. onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. grated carrots
  • 2 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. dill seed

    Layer and place uncovered in refrigerator overnight.
