  • 2 unpeeled sweet apples
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 peeled oranges
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. Greenridge apple cider

    Cut fruit into bite size pieces; combine sugar, cornstarch and apple cider in a saucepan. Cook until thickened. Cool and mix with fruits. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
