Ingredients

  • 1 c fresh, ripe fruit, such as papaya, peaches mango, raspberries, etc.
  • 1/2 cup mango, strawberries or papaya, pureed with some small pieces
  • 1 t hot pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 T fresh lime juice
  • 1-2 t grated fresh ginger
  • 1 T freshly chopped cilantro
  • a pinch of salt and sugar, if needed
