  • 1 box pasta
  • 1 pint of smallest tomatoes, you can find
  • 14 cup fresh basil leaf
  • 15 -20 chopped & pitted kalamata olives
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 150 g crumbled feta cheese
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • black pepper

Directions

    Cook pasta of choice, rinse, and strain.

    Cut tomatoes into small bite sized halves or quarters.
  3. 3
    Chop basil& crush garlic.
  4. 4
    Put all ingredients together with pasta in a big bowl and mix/toss.

    If pasta is a little sticky, add a little more olive oil, until easily mixable.

    Serve at room temp (if you cannot wait), cold, or hot-- its all good!
