- 3 cups of fresh herbs (loosely packed)
- 1/2 cup coarse sea salt
- 1 glove of fresh garlic (or more if you wish)
Directions

1Wash herbs, remove stalks/stems

2Arrange in a single layer on a towel

3Let air dry for about an hour until all moisture is gone

4Place herbs in the food processor

5Add the garlic and salt
-
6Process until it reaches a coarse consistency (DO NOT over process)

7Place in a jar, and keep in the fridge
