  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 3 c. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel

Directions

    In a 1 1/2 qt. heat proof container, dissolve sugar in water. Cool and add lemon juice and peel.

    Cover and store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
