- 2 large egg yolks
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 to 2 tablespoons water
- Juice of 1/2 lemon, or to taste
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions

1In a blender or food processor, whip the yolks until pale.
