- 1 large bunch fresh mustard greens
- 2 or 3 deboned pork chops with fat removed
Directions

1Wash greens several times to remove all grit.

2Put chops in large pot sprayed with nonstick spray and brown lightly on both sides.

3Gradually add the greens and stir occasionally until all the greens are in the pot.

4Cover and cook until greens are tender, about 30 to 45 minutes.
