- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
- 1 egg
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 oz. frozen orange juice or 1/2 to 1/4 c. fresh squeezed orange juice
Directions

1Beat egg well in large bowl.

2Add the cream cheese and beat again.

3Add sugar, salt and vanilla.

4Beat until smooth.

5Add sour cream and orange juice.

6Beat until smooth.

7Pour mixture into pie crust.

8Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.

9Turn off oven and let stand in oven for 1 hour.

10Remove and let cool.
