  • 4 c. fresh peaches, diced
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. light cream or milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Mix together peaches, sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and milk. Put in 8 x 8-inch glass pan.

    Now make topping of 1 cup sugar, butter, 1 cup flour, egg and baking powder.

    Put on top of peaches and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
