- First Layer
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- Second Layer
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 16 ounces Cool Whip, divided
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Third Layer
- 3 cups sliced peaches
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup sugar
Directions

1Mix first layer above ingredients and spread in 13 x 9 pan.

2Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.

3Cool completely.

4Mix second layer all, except for 1/2 of the Cool Whip, and spread over cooled crust.

5Combine peaches, cornstarch and sugar.

6Cook over medium heat 5-10 minutes until thickened.

7Remove from heat and cool completely.

8Spread over second layer.

9Top with 8 ounces Cool Whip.
