- 2/3 cup uncooked couscous
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
Directions

1Bring water, butter, and salt to a boil in a medium saucepan, and gradually stir in couscous. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork, and stir in mint.
