  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 6 or 7 peaches
  • Cool Whip or whipped cream

Directions

    Slice peaches. Put in pie shell.

    Mix dry ingredients and pour over peaches.

    Dot with butter and bake at 400° for 40 to 45 minutes.

    Serve with Cool Whip.
