- 1 (9-inch) pastry for 2-crust pie
- 5 c. sliced, fresh peaches (about 9 medium)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Prepare pastry.

3Mix peaches and lemon juice.

4Stir together the sugar, flour and cinnamon; mix with peaches.

5Turn into pastry-lined pan.

6Dot with margarine.

7Cover with top crust which has slits cut in it.

8Seal and flute. Cover edge with strips of foil to prevent excessive browning. Remove foil last 15 minutes of baking.

9Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through slits in crust.
