  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
  • 1 c. water
  • 6 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. dry peach jello

    Combine flour, oil, 2 tablespoons sugar and milk.

    Mix with electric mixer.

    Press into pie pan.

    Bake in preheated 400° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
