  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • sliced peaches
  • butter
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. cream
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

    Sift together flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt.

    Sprinkle 1/4 sugar mixture over peaches in pie shell.

    Add cream; dot with butter.
