  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 1-1/2 cup Peaches, Peeled, Pitted And Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Unflavored Gelatin
  • 1/4 cups Cold Water
  • 1/3 cups Boiling Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/8 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 cups Heavy Cream, Whipped
  • 1 whole Graham Cracker Pie Crust

    Add sugar to peaches and let stand for 30 minutes. In a large bowl, add cold water to gelatin to soften. Add boiling water and let cool. Add peaches, lemon juice and salt. Chill partially. Fold in whipped cream and pour into the pie crust. Chill and serve.
