- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach gelatin
- 8 peaches, peeled and sliced
- 9-inch baked pie shell or graham cracker crust
- 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Directions

1Mix sugar with cornstarch in a pan.

2Add water.

3Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and clear.

4Add gelatin to mixture and stir until dissolved.

5Chill until partially thickened.

6Place peaches in pie shell and cover with gelatin mixture.

7Chill until firm. Garnish with whipped cream.
