- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- pinch of salt
- 1 c. water
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach jello
Directions

1Slice ripe peaches into baked pie shell.

2Cook sugar, cornstarch, salt and water until clear, stirring all the time. Add jello.
