  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jell-O
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 2 c. fresh ripe peaches, sliced and sprinkled with lemon juice
  • 1 baked pie crust
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix together cornstarch, sugar and Jell-O; add water.

    Cook until thick.

    Cool until very thick.

    Mix in peaches.

    Pour into pie crust and pile higher.
