  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • pie shell
  • peach halves

Directions

    Combine and blend well the egg, flour, sugar and butter.

    Fill pie shell with fresh peach halves, cut side up.

    Pour mixture over peaches.

    Bake in preheated oven at 400° for 15 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 300° and bake 50 minutes longer.
