  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 to 5 peeled, sliced peaches
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Prepare crust and lattice top.

    Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.

    Add water and peaches.

    Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Cool; add lemon juice.

    Put in pastry shell.

    Add lattice top. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
